The owners Emma and John Birkin restored the building but kept many of its historic features, then turned it into a wedding venue that holds 40 -140 people.
If your pet is part of your family and you can’t bear to be parted then Boringdon Hall would be a great choice, as after the wedding you can stay at the hotel with your dog (well behaved dog that is).
The Boringdon hall has an amazing history where parts of it even stretch back as far as the Doomsday Book.

This once grand stately home in Dartmoor National Park is now a striking and grand wedding venue overlooking 275 acres.
The ceremony can be held in the Summerhouse amongst the flowers, Portico on the South Terrace, or the grand rooms inside the hotel, and it can hold up to 150 guests.
